We aren't happy unless YOU are happy!

We understand that sometimes when you make purchases online you find it isn't quite what you wanted or you change your mind... That's ok! We will happily exchange the item or provide a credit within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned unworn and with all tags still attached.  We don't mind you trying the garment on but please do not remove the tags.  

Please note that the colours and rendering of the images on our website are indicative only, as contrast and colour settings can range significantly between different screens and devices. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the item you receive will be exactly as shown on your screen.

We offer refunds in circumstances where the item is not able to be exchanged, however a postage and handling will be the responsibility of the purchaser. A refund will only be processed once the original item is received in new, unworn condition. 

We generally do not refund if you simply change your mind but will offer a store credit which can be used for any purchase from our online store for up to 12 months. 

CHANGE OF SIZE RETURNS:  We offer a 14 day return policy for incorrect sizes, please check the sizing information carefully to avoid this inconvenience.  If the size you require is no longer in stock we will contact you to arrange a refund.  If you receive your item and the sizing is wrong please notify us within 14 days and we will happily send you another size with a reply paid satchel enclosed. You simply need to place the original item in the pre-labelled postage satchel, seal it and pop it in your nearest red Australia Post box within 7 days of receiving the replacement. Please contact us immediately if there is a delay in posting the return item.  All return items are tracked via Australia Post, if the item has not been marked as posted within 7 days of receiving the replacement item you will be charged for the cost of both items. 

SALE ITEM RETURNS: sale items can be exchanged for size only within 14 days of purchase, providing the size is available. If the size you require is not available you will be issued with a store credit for the amount of the sale only. 

FAULTY GOODS: We happily provide refunds to goods that are deemed faulty within 21 days of purchase. The goods will only be accepted if the item and the washing instructions have clearly been followed. Once we inspect the item and deem it faulty we will refund your credit card for the total amount of the purchase along with the cost of postage you originally paid. If the item has been damaged through general wear and tear or incorrect laundering Posh Tots reserves the right to send the item back to you with no exchange or credit.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED:  We generally package and send orders within 48hrs of receiving them. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking information which will allow you to track your order at any time.  If for any reason your order goes missing or is not received within 10 working days please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.  We will happily send a replacement in this instance or if the item is out of stock you will have the option of choosing another item, obtaining a credit voucher or receiving a full refund.
