Shipping Information
Orders over $80 (within Australia) will receive free standard delivery. For all in stock items, we generally package and post items within 48 business hours of receiving the order. Tracking is available on all orders sent via Australia Post.
Perth metropolitan customers receive FREE 2 business day delivery on all orders over $80. Order and payment must be received by 5pm WST for 2 day delivery. Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may take longer than the specified delivery times above. Out of stock orders are excluded from next day delivery guarantee. Next day delivery excludes Sundays and public holidays.
For all other areas delivery times are between 5-10 business days from the time of order. **Please note that current COVID impacts may cause delays with postage. Posh Tots uses Australia Registered Post or a courier service for all deliveries.
Express postage is available for an additional charge. Outside Perth, WA the metro area express delivery times are between 3-5 business days. Regional areas and Covid measures may cause delivery to take longer.
Tracking your order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time. If you have any queries on the status of your order please call customer service on 0409 393 501.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you. More details regarding damaged goods are available on our Return Policy page.
International Delivery
Free delivery does not apply to countries outside Australia. Posh Tots now deliver internationally however additional shipping charges apply. Shipping costs depend on the destination and will be displayed on the order summary page. Standard shipping is 8-12 business days between metropolitan areas.
Express international shipping is also available for an additional charge and is approx. 5-7 days delivery. Please contact us directly for an express shipping quote. All international shipping includes tracking information and insurance.
