Orders within Australia will receive free standard delivery. Tracking is available on all orders.
Perth metropolitan customers receive FREE next business day delivery on all orders over $50. Order and payment must be received by 5pm WST for next day delivery. Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may take longer than the specified delivery times above. Out of stock orders are excluded from next day delivery guarantee. Next day delivery excludes public holidays.
For all other areas delivery times are between 4-7 business days from the time of order. Posh Tots uses Australia Registered Post or a courier service for all deliveries. Deliveries valued over $50 will require a signature.
Express postage is available for an additional $11 charge. Outside Perth, WA the metro area express delivery times are 2-3 business days. Regional areas may take longer.
Tracking your order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.
We will also provide you a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time. If you have any queries on the status of your order please call customer service on 08 9498 7762.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you. More details regarding damaged goods are available on our Return Policy page.
Posh Tots do not deliver to international destinations at present.
